Our October 2 evidence records Mustang's estimated delivery between 10 AM and noon and retrieval beginning at 10 AM on return day—not guaranteed noon-to-noon use. It advertises complimentary gas and no refilling. Marlins publishes a delivery/pickup fee and geographic exclusions; approval does not establish a particular home's eligibility. Confirm equipment, fuel or charging, parking, damage responsibility and cancellation terms in writing.

Compare rental amount + taxes + mandatory fees + delivery/pickup + any chosen protection or equipment. List a refundable deposit or authorization hold separately from the amount you expect to spend. Ask about late-return and refueling charges, and the cancellation deadline and deductions. A daily rate cannot establish your stay total.

Where you can — and can't — drive it
Ask the manager for permitted community routes and parking at your home. Do not assume every boardwalk, path or shared space permits motor vehicles. The City distinguishes golf carts from neighborhood electric vehicles; a rental described as a cart is not automatically a titled LSV.

The City-linked enforcement sheet treats the beach as a city street and prohibits golf-cart operation on Highway 361 south of Avenue G. Do not plan a cart trip along that highway between Cinnamon Shore and town, or between North and South.
Do you actually need one?
