How far to the sand
The community has dune crossovers to the Gulf. Trace the specific home's route on the official map; distance, stairs and gear needs vary. Ask about an accessible route rather than equating an elevator inside the home with accessible beach access.
Pool access
The official pool directory lists Dune, Keira's and Still Water at North; Cabana, Splish Splash, Neighborly Square, Glow and Sea Glass at South. Confirm the pools your reservation includes, current hours and age rules. A private pool is a property-specific feature.
Group size & layout
Estates sleep big groups but spread you across floors; a single family is often happier in a 3–5 BR home with one main living level. Match bedrooms to actual people, and check whether bedrooms are true bedrooms or bunk nooks.
Golf cart & extras
Check whether a cart or beach setup is actually included. Cart rentals and beach experiences are available through reservation add-ons, but prices and availability require a current quote. Only community-approved cart vendors may operate within Cinnamon Shore.

Booking direct vs third-party
Use Cinnamon Shore's official rental search and rental policies for direct booking. Compare any Airbnb or Vrbo listing for the same home, dates and guests; fee structures and cancellation terms differ, and no fixed direct-booking savings is established.
The published manager policy, reviewed October 2, 2026, requires the renter to be at least 25 and an adult 25 or older to remain for the stay. It describes a 50% reservation payment with the balance due 30 days before arrival, and a non-refundable damage-waiver charge. Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival deducts 10% of the total booking; less than 30 days receives no refund. The exact 30-day boundary is not stated clearly—confirm it in your agreement. Do not substitute these lodging terms for cart-rental terms.
