Coastline Grill is the self-contained food-and-beverage amenity for the Cinnamon Shore South pool complex — built right between the adults-only Cabana Pool (an infinity-edge oasis over South Town Lake) and the Splish Splash Family Pool with its custom splash pad, anchoring the east end of South Town Lake. It's the south-side sister to C Bar at the north pools.
How it works
Order from your lounger by scanning a QR code, keep swimming, and walk up to the counter for pickup. The space is strictly open-air with first-come shared shaded tables. The bar program runs cold draft and canned beers, high-quality spirits, and frozen specialty cocktails — built for lazy pool days, not a sit-down evening.
